- Goods once sold will not be exchanged or accepted back.
- Our responsibility ceases the moment the goods leave our premises & no claim of breakage, etc. will be accepted.
- Replacement of new ID Card/s will be given only if there is a spelling mistake from our side & we accept this within 7 days from the date of Invoice.
- We cannot offer guarantee/warranty since all the products we sell are consumables.
- No exchange request will be made on Saturday, Sunday & on public holidays. When requests are sent on these holidays, the request incident will be considered only on the company's next working day, i.e. on Monday.
